In stock items can be returned for full credit within 30 days. Non-stock items can be returned within 30 days for either full instore credit or refund with a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging. Special orders may not be cancelled once shipped. Special parts, glass, light bulb orders or installed lights (any electrifying of wires) are non-returnable. The Lighting Gallery cannot guarantee any arrival date due to possible shipping or supplier delays. Finance Charge of 1&1/2%(annually 18%) charged on all past due balances.
